Successful Internship Program for Master’s Students at Samarkand State Medical University: January 2025

As part of the academic mobility established by the cooperation agreement, from January 20 to 30 of this year, 27 master’s students of West Kazakhstan Marat Ospanov Medical University completed an internship at the Department of Public Health and Healthcare Management of Samarkand State Medical University.

1. Academic Mobility Program:
   • Duration: January 20 to 30, 2025.
   • Participants: 27 master’s students from West Kazakhstan Marat Ospanov Medical University.
   • Host Department: Department of Public Health and Healthcare Management at Samarkand State Medical University.
2. Faculty Involvement:
   • Lectures and Practical Classes:
     • Associate Professor Z.Z. Aminov.
     • Senior Lecturers: S.B. Israilova, Sh.A. Mamasoliyeva.
     • Assistants: D.E. Kushmatova, D.N. Alimjanova.
   • Topic: “Design and Processing of Scientific Research Data in Healthcare”.
3. Meeting with Program Head:
   • Meeting: With A.Xazratov, head of the master’s program at Samarkand State Medical University.
   • Discussion: Issues of cooperation, jointly completed work, and future plans.
4. Cultural and Educational Activities:
   • University Facilities Visited:
     • University Museum.
     • Simulation Center.
     • Regional AIDS Center.
     • Family Clinic.
   • Historical Sites: Visited historical landmarks in Samarkand.
5. Internship Completion:
   • Certificates: All participants who successfully completed the internship received certificates of completion.
